C.R.P. Day 338 - 2 Corinthians 1-4

Plus to be the God and father of our Lord Jesus Christ the father of mercies and God of all comfort; for we do not want you to be ignorant brethren of our trouble which came to us in Asia that we burdened beyond measure above strength so that we despaired even of life; for our boasting is this the testimony of our conscience that we conducted ourselves in the world in simplicity and godly sincerity not with fleshly wisdom but by the grace of God and more abundantly toward you; and in this confidence I intended to come to you before that you might have a second benefit; Paul urges forgiveness; and we have such trust through Christ towards God; The veil is taken away; but we have this treasure in earthen vessels that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us; therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing yet the inward man is being renewed day by day;

C.R.P. Day 337 - 1 Corinthians 15-16

The resurrection of Christ; For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures; now if Christ is preached that he has been raised from the dead how do you some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? But now Christ is risen from the dead and has become the first fruits of those who have fallen asleep. Otherwise, what will they do who were baptized for the dead, if the dead do not rise at all? Why then are they baptized for the dead? But some will say, how are the dead raised up? And with what body do they come? Now this I say brethren what flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit in corruption. Death where is your sting? Pause final exhortations to the church at Corinth;

C.R.P. Day 336 - 1 Corinthians 12-14

There are diversities of gifts but the same spirit; Poor as the body has one and has many members but all the members of that one body being mini or one body so also as Christ; Love never fails; but now brethren if I come to you speaking with tongues what shall I prophet you unless I speak to either by revelation, by knowledge, by prophesying , or by teaching? Brethren do not be children and understanding; however in malice debates, but in understanding be mature;

C.R.P. Day 335 - 1 Corinthians 9-11

All things to all men; for though I am free from mom and I have made myself a servant to WALL that I might win the more; do you not know that those who run in a race all run but one receives the prize? C.R.P. Day 333 - 1 Corinthians 1-4

Paul’s letter to the church at Corinth; I think my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given to you by Christ Jesus; Paul pleads with the church at Corinth to speak all the same thing and that there be no division among them but that they would be perfectly join together in the same mind and in the same judgment; for the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing but to us who are being saved it is the power of God; for you see your calling brethren that not many wise according to the flesh not many mighty not many noble are called; christ is the wisdom of God; you are the temple of God; paul’s apostleship

C.R.P. Day 332 - Acts 18-19

The church at Corinth is established; Paulding journeys to eat fishes in establishes the church there; God works unusual miracles by the hands of Paul; A great many people converted at Ephesus which caused an uproar; Demetrious a silversmith made silver shrines of Diana; he called together the workers of similar occupation and said man you know that we have our prosperity by this trade. Moreover you see and hear that not only at Ephesus, but throughout almost all Asia, this Paul has persuaded and turned away many people saying that they are not gods which are made with hands; The city clerk quiets the crowd.

C.R.P. Day 331 - 1 & 2 Thessalonians

Paul writes a letter to the church at the Thessalonica. Remember without ceasing your work of faith and labor of love and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the side of God and our father; Paul charges the church at the Thessalonica to be witnesses; Paul’s plea for them to be pure; The Day of the Lord comes as a thief in the night when they shall say peace and safety then sudden destruction comes upon them as travail upon a woman with child and they shall not escape; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks; quench not the spirit; despise not prophesying ; prove all things; hold fast to that which is good; abstain from all appearance of evil. Stand firm in the Lord.

C.R.P. Day 330 - Acts 17

Paul comes to Thessalonica; some of the Jews who were not persuaded in Thessalonica becoming envious took some of the evil man from the marketplace and gathering a mob said all the city in an uproar and attack the house of Jason and such a bring them out to the people. Then the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea when they had arrived they went into the synagogue of the Jews; now while Paul waited for them in Athens his spirit was provoked within him when he saw that the city was given over to idols. Then Paul stood in the midst of the Areopagus and said men of Athens I perceive that in all things you are very religious; Paul is joined by Dionysus and Damarias.
