They pay type of mint and anise and cummin and I’ve neglected the weightier matters of the law; The cleanse the outside of the cup and dish but inside they are full of extortion and self indulgence; they are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly but inside are full of Dead Man’s Bones in all uncleanness; they build the tombs of profits in a door in the monuments of the righteous; The chief priests, the scribes, and the elders confront Jesus and ask him but what authority are you doing these things? Or who is he who gave you this authority? Jesus tells the parable of a certain man who plans a vineyard leased it to the vinedressers and went into a far country for a long time; The chief priests and scribes seek to lay hands on Jesus but they feared the people; The Pharisees asked Jesus is it lawful for us to pay taxes to Caesar or not? The Pharisees ask Jesus if it’s lawful for a man to divorce his wife for just any reason; Jesus responds that from the beginning God made them male and female and for this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joining to his wife and the two shall become one flesh; Jesus explains to his disciples about the eunuchs; Jesus blesses the little children and lays hands on them; Jesus tells his disciples it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God; Jesus tells his disciples many who were first will be last and the last first; Jesus tells his disciples with man it is impossible but not with God for with God all things are possible; James and John, the sons of Zebedee, asked to sit one on the right hand and the other on the left hand of Jesus; The other 10 disciples are greatly displeased; Jesus tells all his disciples the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life a ransom for many; The blind man, Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus sat by the road begging; he asked Jesus to heal his blindness.
