YHVH tells Jonah to go Ninevah as their wickedness has come before him. Jonah decides to flee and go to Tarshish instead by ship. A great tempest frightens the men on the ship and they heave Jonah into the sea. Jonah spends 3 days and nights inside a large fish. Jonah goes to Ninevah and the people of Ninevah from great to small don sackcloth and fasted. YHVH relented in his anger toward Ninevah. Jonah is displeased and grieved because of Ninevah.

King Jehoash crowned king at age seven. He repaired the Temple of YHVH. The death of Elisha. The death of Jehoiada the Kohen, he was 130 years old. He was buried in the City of David with the kings.

C.R.P. Day 185 - 2 Kings 9-11

Jehu kills all the defendants of Ahab and Jezebel to avenge Naboth the Jezreelite. Jezebel is eaten by dogs.

C.R.P. Day 184 - 2 Kings 5-8

Naaman healed in Jordan; Gehazi takes Naaman’s tribute; Floating axe head; Elisha shows heavenly host ready for battle; Leper’s find abandoned Aramean camp; Shunammite woman sojourns in Philistia then returns to redeem her home and land; Hazael kills Ben-Hadashah after Elisha’s prophecy of him as King of Aram.

C.R.P. Day 183 - 2 Kings 1-4

Elijah passes the mantle to Elisha; Elisha saves the son of the Shunammite woman. “Death in the pot”. Multitude fed with 20 barley loaves.

King Jehoshaphat seeks YHVH when Children of Ammon and Moab wage war against him. King Jehoshaphat allies himself with King Azariah. King Jehoram dies of intestinal illness. King Ahaziah reigns for 2 years before he’s executed by Jehu. Queen Athaliah reigns after her son Ahaziah’s death. King Joash rules and overthrows Queen Athaliah.

C.R.P. Day 180 - 1 Kings 22; 2 Chronicles 18

King Jehoshaphat bands together with King Ahab to reclaim Ramoth-Gilead. Micaiahu prophesies that King Ahab will die while helping King Jehoshaphat.
