A great tempest frightens the men on the ship and they heave Jonah into the sea. Jonah spends 3 days and nights inside a large fish. Jonah goes to Ninevah and the people of Ninevah from great to small don sackcloth and fasted. YHVH relented in his anger toward Ninevah. Jonah is displeased and grieved because of Ninevah.

Elijah passes the mantle to Elisha; Elisha saves the son of the Shunammite woman. “Death in the pot”. Multitude fed with 20 barley loaves.

Obadiah prophecy concerning Edom;

King Jehoshaphat seeks YHVH when Children of Ammon and Moab wage war against him. King Jehoshaphat allies himself with King Azariah. King Jehoram dies of intestinal illness. King Ahaziah reigns for 2 years before he’s executed by Jehu. Queen Athaliah reigns after her son Ahaziah’s death. King Joash rules and overthrows Queen Athaliah.

King Jehoshaphat bands together with King Ahab to reclaim Ramoth-Gilead. Micaiahu prophesies that King Ahab will die while helping King Jehoshaphat.
